This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit mansion.bg, send an enquiry or subscribe to event updates. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
The controller is MENSION OOD (МЕНШЪН ООД), Bulgarian company ID 115315960, represented by Hristo Tomov Tomov, address: 157 Osvobozhdenie Blvd., section I, floor 4, Trakia district, 4023 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. For privacy questions or requests, email office@mansion.bg.
When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email, preferred service or event, date, number of guests, budget and message — only the fields you complete. Event-update subscriptions include your name and email. Visits may involve an IP address, device and browser details, visited pages, visit time, cookie identifiers and interaction data. Please do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
We use enquiry data to respond and prepare an offer or service, taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We send event and marketing updates after you subscribe, based on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). We maintain security, prevent abuse and retain technical logs on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Where accounting or other records are required by law, we rely on a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Analytics and advertising technologies require consent when they store or access information on your device.
The site may use cookies, pixels, similar identifiers and technical logs. Necessary technologies support core functionality and security. Google Analytics 4 helps us measure visits, traffic sources and use of pages; Google may use cookies such as _ga. Meta Pixel measures visits and actions related to our Meta Ads campaigns and may use identifiers such as _fbp. On your first visit you can accept, reject or customise these optional technologies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button. Specific cookies and their lifetimes may change with provider settings. See the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
We use Meta Ads and Google Ads for advertising campaigns. Visit, ad-click and interaction data may be used to measure performance, define audiences and show relevant ads according to settings and consent. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 are active on the site; a separate Google Ads conversion tag was not found in our latest review. Please do not put personal data in ad-link URLs.
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical logs and data needed to provide hosting. Forms use WordPress, Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated requests, and an automated webhook to deliver enquiries to our team. The Contact page embeds a Google map; loading it may provide Google with technical data. Authorised providers maintaining the site and communications may also access data. We do not sell data submitted through forms.
Google, Meta, Hostinger and other providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, a transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Email office@mansion.bg to ask about a particular provider and the safeguards used.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond, organise the service and protect legal rights; if a contract or legal duty arises, relevant data may be kept for the applicable statutory period. Event-update details are kept until you withdraw consent or the service ends. Technical logs and identifiers are retained according to their purpose, site settings and provider periods. We review retention and delete or anonymise data when the basis no longer applies.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email office@mansion.bg; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data and limit access. We will update this notice and the date above when our services or processing change. Questions: office@mansion.bg.
